Our office is open Monday through Thursday from
8:00 am to 5:00 pm and
Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon for scheduled appointments. We try very hard
to accommodate each patient's individual needs for a timely appointment to fill
their busy schedules but it's not always easy. 
Should you need to cancel your appointment or if you
are not able to be on time for your appointment, please give us a call as soon
as possible. Your cooperation enables us to increase our efficiency and maximize
our time treating our valued patients. If we know you can't make your
appointment, we can offer another patient the opportunity to be called on short
notice to start or continue their dental treatment.
We realize emergencies do happen, but cannot
over emphasize our appreciation to
our valued patients for keeping to their scheduled appointment. We respectfully
request at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment.
Failure to give 24 hours notice may result in a financial charge to your
account. Also, if you are more than 20 minutes late, you may be rescheduled.
